Three colours, one Sicilian soul. Our busiata meets chilli and spinach.

From the Landof Sicily
Tricolour Busiata Trapanese pairs a traditional shape with colours created by chilli and spinach. Made with 100% Sicilian durum wheat semolina and bronze-drawn, its rough surface holds pestos and sauces while bringing colour to the table.
- Let the colours show. Use a light coating of sauce and toss well to keep the pasta's different colours visible.
- A colourful plate. Pair it with seasonal vegetables cut into small pieces, bringing the vegetables and spirals together in each bite.
- From pan to plate. Follow the cooking time on the pack and add a little cooking water if the sauce needs help coming together.
